My stay at Under the Bridge Suites was a mix of comfort and slight disappointments. The rooms were extremely comfortable, but they need a deep clean. The staff at staybridge were super nice and exceptionally professional, catering to my needs in the best way possible. The location was very convenient, surrounded by shopping and restaurants, yet there was a small issue with the cleanliness. The dining experience was above average, with complimentary dinners exceeding expectations. Value for money was reasonable, but Wi-Fi required an additional fee.

The hotel made me feel very at home. The rooms were spotless, even though the handicapped room was not ready and they had to change my placement. The service was top-notch, super nice, and accommodating to all my needs. The location was very convenient surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The dining experience was not exceptional, but the facilities were good overall.

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing! The rooms had a kitchenette, which was super convenient, and they were extremely comfortable. The place was nice and clean, plus having four free washers and four free dryers was a huge bonus. The service was awesome with very accommodating staff, but there was a bit of a downside with a rude front desk person who didn't know much about the area. The location was perfect for me, close to where I needed to be and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The dining options were nice, especially the yogurt bar and hot food choices. Overall, a fantastic experience!
